A data-heavy B2B panel with a complex transaction process. I worked on ordering the structure, information priorities and user actions, to turn scattered screens into a predictable, status-driven flow.

Before
  • Overloaded screens and weak information hierarchy
  • Inconsistent UI patterns across modules
  • Navigation that required prior system knowledge
  • Negotiations, documents and settlements scattered across different places
After
  • One place to search, filter and make decisions
  • The basket as the center of the transaction process
  • Statuses guiding the user through each step
  • Negotiations, documents and settlements embedded in campaign context
My role

End-to-end UX/UI — audit, flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and ordering interface consistency, in collaboration with stakeholders and developers.

Constraints
Fixed system logicLimited user accessIterative deliveryMultiple roles
Qualitative outcome

A clearer, more scalable transaction flow that helps users understand the status of actions and reduces the number of wrong decisions.

  • Inconsistent visual language
  • Weak, easily-missed primary CTAs

A marketplace for renting construction equipment, where the reservation process itself was the biggest friction. I worked on ordering the reservation path and product information, based on user research, across web and mobile.

Before
  • Confusing reservation process with many unnecessary steps
  • Unclear product information in listings
  • Equipment cards that were hard to scan quickly
After
  • A simplified, predictable reservation flow
  • Product-card information ordered by priority
  • A consistent web and mobile redesign, grounded in research
My role

UX/UI designer — qualitative research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and the marketplace interface across web and mobile.

Qualitative outcome

A clearer reservation flow and better product information that cut friction from first search to confirmed booking.

A mobile app for a cycling community that organizes sign-ups, payments, communication and access to key information. The project focused on recurring user paths and a single, predictable point of control.

Before
  • No single point of access to sign-ups and information
  • Scattered registration paths
  • Unclear status of payments and confirmations
  • Too many manual steps for members and organizers
After
  • One clear path for the most common tasks
  • Calendar as the main entry point
  • Visible status of sign-ups and payments
  • Quick confirmations that reduce uncertainty
My role

UX/UI designer — user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and the interface concept for the mobile app.

A faster, more predictable sign-up process and better organization of everyday interactions between the club and its members.

A little about me

15+ yrs in design · UX since 2018

I make complex products simpler to use — through better structure, clear paths and interfaces that guide users instead of overloading them.

I run UX/UI projects from problem analysis and information structure, through user flows, wireframes and prototypes, to interface polish and collaboration with developers. I specialize in simplifying processes, improving usability and designing clear, accessibility-minded solutions.

I started in visual design — brand identity, marketing materials and communication for medical, FMCG and service companies. That gave me a strong sense of hierarchy, consistency and detail. Today I combine that experience with UX/UI design to build products that are not only attractive, but above all understandable and easy to use.

In daily work I also use AI to analyze information, organize content, speed up research and support the design process.
